GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.
• Locate the head in advance and draw its approximate size using an oval
• Draw 1 horizontal line above the head. From the top, draw:
-2 line width equal to the height of the head;
-1 line 1/2 above the height of the head
• Draw 1 horizontal line under the head. After it, add :
-3 lines width equal to the height of the head;
-1 line 1/2 above the height of the head
• On the left and right sides of the head, draw a vertical line. Draw from them to the sides:
-on the left, 1 line 3/4 closer than the width of the head;
-on the right, 8 lines equal to the width of the head.
